Whenever we glance upon the past,
We see the mistakes made in haste.
We regret the words said but not meant,
We forget the terror we felt at something so simple.
Time erases all doubt in ourselves,
Leaving, of course, twenty-twenty vision.
We see all that we now thing was crazy
But we saw reason in it years before.
Now we think on days where nights were memories,
And where nights were filled with words.
Events we will never forget
And people we will never remember.
