I am in the dream once more
of silver wings and blue skies
of the glorious wonderment
that is flight
I am queen again
of this aerial kingdom
in charge of my destiny
I am power, grace and beauty
taking to the air
as I was born to do
reveling in the feel
of the muscles that move
beneath my skin
I bring with me
my perseverance and strength
never giving in to the doubts
that raise their ugly heads
attacking those thoughts
claws shredding that beast
I lift my silver head
to bugle forth my victory
over the darkness
I am free
I am dragon once more
dragon for all time
