Twisted and tumbled,
falling into an ocean of you.
Your arms steady me
as the wind whispers by us.
I look into your eyes,
diving off the edge,
deeper into you.
Take me as your own,
for I long to wake up as such.
Lost in your embrace,
as I am found in midnight’s glamour.
Destroyed by your penetration
into this solitary life I once held so dear.
I cannot turn down this invasion
that rocks my foundation,
nor can I let it go,
for the freedom it has given me
changed my life.
